As the Head of Sustainable Business at Bioregional, Hayley provides overall management and strategic leadership. She leads the development and delivery of long term sustainability programmes for our One Planet companies, covering a portfolio of projects.
Hayley is also responsible for expanding our work with businesses, focusing on corporate sustainability programmes, eco product innovation, sustainable construction and events.
In 2013 she received the award of Sustainability Champion of the Year Runner Up at the inaugural 2degrees awards. This recognised her achievements in leading the development and delivery of B&Q’s One Planet Home® programme. Hayley also leads the Good Woods programme in partnership with B&Q and forestry charity The Sylva Foundation. This ground-breaking project launched in 2013 aims to breathe new life into UK woodlands.
Since joining Bioregional in 2006 Hayley has developed company-wide sustainability plans for a range of international clients including John Lewis, Kingfisher, Nokia’s R&D facility in Copenhagen, global engineering firm Cundall and Imbera in Mexico.
Hayley is an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and holds a first class degree in Environmental Science BSc. In her spare time she runs the Edible Garden in Crystal Palace and spends her summers cycling and camping on English vineyards as co-founder of Wine Rides.
